Mrs Estalle Hunt 57 of Baltimore died early today in a hospital after being struck by a hit and run driver shortly after midnight. Police have arrested Louis Roch Jr 27 as the alleged driver. A 30 year old man Morris Zentz found unconscious on the road near Westminster was in serious condition in a Bullmore hospital. He apparently was the victim of a hit and run driver.
