Law is After Armour and Extradition Papers Filed
New Jersey prosecutor filed requisition papers with Governor Fort seeking the extradition of J. Ogden Armour of Chicano after he and others were indicted by the Judson county grand jury for conspiracy to control meat prices. Additional requisitions target Loula Swift and Edward Morris. Governor Fort will hear arguments from counsel showing the suspects were not in New Jersey when indicted and may not be extraditable.
