Death of three year old Lite James Wallace
The death of three year old Lite James Wallace son of Mr and Mrs R Wallace of this city occurred about ten o clock Sunday morning August 1. The child was playing and aspirated a peanut kernel which lodged in his trachea causing suffocation. Doctors Owen and Jones responded but could not save him and he died about twenty minutes later. Funeral services were held from the residence Monday at ten conducted by Rev Gabby of the Baptist church with burial at Walnut Grove cemetery in the presence of many friends.
