War College to Induct 36th President at Naval War College
The Naval War College will hold change of command ceremonies at 2:30 p.m. with Aaron P. Pringle set to assume the presidency from Vice Admiral B. J. Semmes Sr. The event includes the retirement of Rear Admiral Robert H. Crutchfield and others.
