Two Held As Guard Dies At Rhode Island Prison
CRANSTON AP Two inmates John Carrillo and Christopher Perry were arrested after guard Dons Price 24 Woonsocket was stabbed to death at about 12 45 am in the medium security dormitory. State police said the room housed about 30 inmates. Atty Gen Richard Israel said indictments would come early next week. Price had served less than nine months as a guard.
