Portsmouth seniors brave rain at graduation ceremony
Portmouth High School graduates faced a soggy outdoor ceremony as Tropical Storm Andrea drenched the area, moving the event to the gymnasium where 222 seniors and more than 1,500 guests attended. Alexander Costa, 18, spoke proudly of the school, its staff, and his plan to attend Stonehill College, while participating in unified volleyball and summer Challenger League work.
