Suspended fireman ordered back to job
Middletown fireman Carl H Rich, suspended without pay after a March drug raid arrest, is to return to duty tomorrow though his court case remains pending. Town Administrator John F Fitzgerald suspended the suspension, saying the town would otherwise face unemployment payments of 120 dollars weekly.
