Newport man gets 17 years in DUI fatality sentence

Wayne P. Winslow, 50, of Providence, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence causing death after a Dec. 1 crash in South Kingstown that killed 34 year old Heidi Driscoll and injured two children. He received 15 years for DUI with death and two more years for related DUI injuries, plus 20 years suspended probation on lesser charges.
