Charges Mount Against Roger A Suit in Memphis
Roger A Suit, a former Arkansan, is jailed in Memphis on forgery charges. A warrant for Suit surfaced after John L Hady of Hardy Ark notified Chief Richards. Letters from attorney T Burns of Black Rock Ark and trader B A Coffman of Portia Ark describe checks cashed by Suit. He is held by Memphis authorities while wanted on additional Arkansas charges.

Two Thieves Captured in Arkansas Yard Theft
Sheriff R. W. Bandy arrested Slim Johnson and J. M. Andrews near Swifton on Saturday for breaking into a freight car in the Iron Mountain yards. Stolen goods including hams, shoes, matches, tobacco and overalls were found stored in an attic on Alec Howard's farm.
