State Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Bunn reverses lower court rulings on McCrory licensing, declaring McCrory a dry town. Prohibition petition with 609 names sought to bar intoxicants within three miles of the Methodist church. Saloon interests sought license renewals and removal of names from the petition, while the court remanded with directions to conform orders to the opinion.
