Acquitted After Knife Attack in Kelley Row Incident
At about 9 pm Friday John Duncan was cut by Will Knight during a debt dispute on Kelley Row. Knight defended himself with a knife, slashing Duncan. Duncan was arrested and tried Saturday before Justice L B Harris, defended by Judge M M Stuckey, and Duncan was acquitted of assault with intent to kill.
