Lunt Sues Commonwealth Over Damaged Mare Resulting $400 Judgment

A horse owned and driven by John A Newhall, a milkman, bolted this forenoon on Broad Street after being frightened by James Ditkens’s auto. The animal veered down Broad Street to Mer sande, throwing one man named eeks from its seat while Mr Newhall was also jolted from the rear step. The horse then continued up Mer Timas Street.
