Holland Washington Mortgage Company sues Oregon & Washington Land Company and multiple defendants in Yamhill County Oregon seeking foreclosure on a 310.92 acre tract and adjacent parcels. The mortgage dates to 1912 with 10 percent interest, plus attorney fees and costs, and describes extensive land descriptions and water rights. Court summons dated 1918 requires appearance by October 26 and long notice of final settlement for Orvis V. Rollins estate follows in McMinnville Oregon.
