Raiding a Yamhill County Bank Ends in Sheridan Heist
Early Monday morning a Sheridan bank robbery succeeded after a Newberg attempt a week earlier. Three men entered through the vault by drilling and explosives, stole five to six thousand dollars, and fled by buggy. Mayor Eakin fired on the robbers as they escaped. they vanished. The ministers plan a Sabbath lectures series starting November 7 to discuss the Creation Sabbath.
