Connie Williams, 17, son of Ed Williams of Dundee, is in McMinnville jail awaiting grand jury action for cashing a forged $40 check drawn on First National Bank. He claimed a stranger gave the check and offered half the amount to cash it. Williams had previously attended the State Reform School at Salem.
