Graduation Exercises At Crater's Hall Honor Fourteen Graduates
Fourteen public school students received diplomas at Crater's Hall Friday evening under Director Colcord with six delivering notable literary pieces. The program featured orations by Lena Biate, N. Pike, J. Blair, J. Smith, and Vernon Goult with music, piano solos, and a class presentation. Pacific College scholarship went to Stephen Illig. Prof Kirk urged higher study and usefulness, while cautioning against Sunday baseball to protect Sabbath observance.

Doctor sued over cholera morbus remedy charge
R White of Coachelle California says a local doctor sued him for 12.50 claiming excessive charges for cholera morbus treatment. White alleges the doctor used Chamberlains Colic Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy and refused to deny it under oath. The remedy is sold by C F Moore & Co.
