The Yam Hill County superintendent announces the regular state and county papers examinations in McMinnville Oregon from Wednesday August 12 at 9 a.m. to Saturday August 15 at 4 p.m. Subjects include penmanship history spelling algebra reading and more across grade certificates and county exams. The notice lists detailed schedules for primary and other certificates and is signed by the county superintendent.
