Evangelist B. J. Cady presented a stereopticon lecture in Duncan's hall last Saturday on the South Sea Island mission. The first public recital by college music pupils is set for Monday evening February 24 at 7 30 in Wood Mar Hall. Miss Blythe Owen will perform MacDowell and Debussy pieces, and Miss Virginia Moore will accompany with a reading. The event is free and open to all. The recital will be held on March 10.

The 1932 show and sales will be held in a new expo building at a cost of 250000 dollars with stock subscriptions totaling about 150000 dollars to be raised beginning February 24. County subscriptions by Willamette Valley counties are listed with specific amounts and the state total stock in Oregon is noted. Portland pledges to match all upstate county subscriptions.
