Wreck On The Northern Near Pasco Kills Two Men
An eastbound Overland passenger train wrecked at a small bridge east of Pasco between Hatton and Connell. Two men on the baggage car platform were killed, another injured, and several cars overturned or damaged as the bridge collapsed under a swollen dry stream after heavy rains. The engineer and fireman remained safe. The dead include John Leland of St. Louis and an unknown tramp.
