Soldiers From Vancouver Entertained On Sunday
The Newberg Chapter No 55 Order Eastern Star invited eighteen U S soldiers from Vancouver to a picnic at the Yamhill Locks. Soldiers arrived at eleven, traveled by auto with members and families, enjoyed a bountiful dinner and diversions, with thanks and mutual pleasure noted by all attending.
