Forensic Debate Ends with Pacific College Triumph
Maris Brown and Rees led Pacific College to the league crown after a sharp final debate on government ownership of railroads. Albany College and Newbery challenged as McMinnville and Monmouth State Normal were winners earlier, with judges from Portland and Moro, and a large college chapel audience.
