Harrisburg January 7 charges of false pretense were filed against Congressman H Burd Cassel of Marietta and Joseph M Huston and John H Sanderson of Philadelphia. The informations allege the trio defrauded the state of 50150 by false pretenses in bills for metallic furniture and marble mantels and collection on them. Cassel led the Pennsylvania Construction Company which supplied the metallic furniture, Huston was the Capitol architect, and Sanderson the chief contractor.
