Redwoods Semicentennial Preparations Parade and Events
Redwood hosts its Semicentennial June celebration with an auto parade open to all car owners and drivers. Decorated cars encouraged, prizes for decoration. The parade avoids the big hill while routing through the city to Ramsey State Park. Marshall and Owatonna ball clubs will play three days at the Fair Grounds with approval from the Fair Association. The Second Regiment Band from New Ulm will perform on Armory Day for the Armory dedication. Newcomers Day and the Summer Opening of Alexander Ramsey Park conclude the celebration.

Organ Recital and Dedication at Music Hall
