A Rock Island passenger train near Dresden Kansas saw a crazed Italian barber shoot three passengers Friday night. C. V. Topp of St Paul was killed instantly. Mrs Morris Olsen and her sister Mrs Harry Blakesly were wounded. Mrs Olsen, newly married, was en route to join her husband in Arriba Colorado. The suspect claims he fell asleep and dreamed of robbers before firing.

Seek to Oust Receiver Willius From Germania Bank Case
In Ramsey county district court last Saturday a bid to oust Gustav Willius as receiver of the defunct Germania bank of St. Paul was filed. The complaint by F. E. Nelson and over a hundred creditors cites total claims of 310 549 dollars and argues dividends of 60 percent have been paid while assets could cover full claims with interest. It accuses Willius of receiving 375 519 dollars and spending 170 976 on other purposes, delaying collection of stockholders liabilities for four years and causing statute of limitations to erase most obligations. it also alleges disproportionate expenses and inaccuracies in accounts.

Wicherski building rented for July display by city
The Wicherski building, vacated by C. G. Reim, is rented by city authorities for July. Superintendent Wagner will use it to exhibit electrical apparatus. Mullen and Stuebe bought 3200 Texas and New Mexican steers for Minnesota and Dakota Cattle Co. Their herd near Everett, SD now numbers about 11,000 to 12,000. The Turner Theatre recital by Prof. Wm. N. Amundson's pupils is tomorrow, with Amundson and Mrs Alfred Kayser as accompanist. Other performers include Prof. Reim, Krook, Dengler, Mesdames Samson, Burmeister, Reim, Krook and the Misses Toberer, Marti, Hauenstein and Schmidt.

Sorrow for Gausewitz Family in Tragic Accident
News from Owatonna reports a fatal accidental shooting involving Alfred Gausewitz, fourteen, who shot his sister Edith, fifteen, on a country hill while playing with a 22 rifle.
