Bankers Convention Held by Second District in New Ulm
Over one hundred bankers gathered in New Ulm for the Minnesota Bankers Association Second District ninth annual meeting last Wednesday. Mayor Graff gave the welcome, with President John S Tolverson of Fulda replying. Graduates Farewell Exercises at Dr. Martin Luther College
The New Ulm area held farewell exercises Tuesday forenoon at Dr. Martin Luther College with a large attendance. The program included a prelude, addresses by Prof. A. Ackermann and Morette, diplomas distributed by Carl Hohenstein, and musical selections. Also noted was the silver wedding anniversary of Otto Tappe and Rose Spaeth with nearby guests and celebrations, and a regional Congregational church meeting to be held in Sleepy Eye with local delegates listed.

Winona Minn June 11 The latest crop report from General Agent H J Wagen of the North Western notes favorable weather with adequate moisture for weeks ahead. In the past week rains varied locally but were not excessive, temperatures ranged 65 to 100 degrees averaging about 85, and small grains show even stands with good prospects for various crops.
