Second Ko ch trial set after mistrial in county

The Koch case ends in a hung jury after three weeks of deliberation with a 3 to 6 vote for acquittal. A new trial will be held outside the county, likely in Brown or another neighboring county, as the judge and attorneys agree on venue. Bail and further motions were postponed for consideration Saturday.
