Judge Adjourns Proceedings In Berg Insurance Case
Sourt adjourned until Tuesday to allow Judge Olsen to travel to St. Peter on county business. Judge Olsen had ruled in the Berg versus London Guaranty and Accident Company suit over Ferdinand Berg's death. Mrs. Berg, widow of the Puhlman Brothers employee, will receive $100 burial expenses and $6.50 monthly for 300 months from death. The case was tried in chambers last October.
