Paroled prisoner sent back to Stillwater in grand larceny case
John Jung a paroled prisoner from Luxembergh was brought before Lincoln County special term court to plead guilty to second degree grand larceny. He confessed to stealing a wagon, buggy and harness, selling the outfit in Marshall for 225 dollars, and traveling to Watertown and Appleton before capture. Judge Olsen accepted the guilty plea and sentenced him to an indeterminate term at Stillwater penitentiary. Sheriff Curtin escorted him.
