Union Hospital Annual Meeting Delayed to May
The Union Hospital Association held its annual meeting at the former Gem Theatre in New Ulm with about 500 stockholders invited. President Jacob Klossner Jr lamented waning enthusiasm since two years ago and urged renewed cooperation and willingness to sacrifice for the hospital project while the treasurer presented the annual report.

City Council Settles Licensing and New Pump Bid
At the last meeting Mayor Fritsche outlined liquor-licensing expectations for Schreyer and Kretsch, Reinhart Jr. and successors, with transfers granted.
