The Hutchinson lender reports the Electric Short Line Railway Co annual meeting in Minneapolis drew about 240 stockholders from across the state. After a four day trial of A. E. Daggett at Lester Prairie the jury found him guilty of riotous conduct at Klatt hotel. Daggett paid 200 and co-defendants Krause Schmandt Jahnke Burmeister 100 each. Seven others had indictments dismissed with county approval. Affidavits from grand jurors claimed Klatt tried to influence jurors. judge refused admission but may cite Klatt and Hoy for contempt.
