Beautified Cars Lead New Ulm Parade Highlighted by Night Illumination
Thirty five decorated automobiles lit up the Friday parade routes from State and Washington streets to German park, awarded prizes from 25 to 5 dollars for top designs. The event drew praise and a few critics for color visibility and timing, as daylight faded and lighting accentuated the displays.
