A state commission report ranks insurance firms with Inter-State of this city at the top. It writes more policies than any competitor by about eight hundred and has nearly twice as many in force at year end, marking Inter-State as a popular and safe accident and sickness policy.
Death of Mrs H R Marcy in Forsyth Montana
Mrs H R Marcy formerly of West Newton Minnesota died of typhoid fever on March 15. She was born September 5 1850 in West Newton and married Hiram R Marcy in Marshall Minnesota in 1876. The couple moved to Forsyth in 1882 and built a respected business and family with five children surviving. Also noted are visiting Sleepy Eye Masons from the local commandery and a social Easter dinner at the Dakota House with local attendees and gifts.
