Mrs Staley 94 longtime New Oxford resident dies in Hanover Hospital
Mrs Efsie Thomas Staley 94 of New Oxford widow of J Issac Staley died Thursday afternoon November 17 at 3 30 in Hanover Hospital after admission Wednesday. A Adams County native she was a Hunterstown Methodist Church member and honorary steward with active roles in Sunday School and the Women’s Association. Funeral services were held Sunday at Feiser Funeral Home New Oxford with Rev W William Kennard officiating and interment in New Oxford Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mark Stock Charles Wolf Myron Warren Clyde Spangler Harry Spangler and Paul Wetzel.
