The trial of Kivin J. Fair and Eman el EK. Bingaman, both of Gettysburg, charged with the murder of a gasoline service attendant in Hagerstown, is postponed to Monday November 27. Judge Frank G. Wargaman excused jurors until that date, and no jury trials are scheduled before then. There is a possibility the case may be moved.

Mrs. Melvin Warren of Arendtsville suffered a severe scalp laceration and was admitted to Warner Hospital after a light car collided with a heavier machine at a Gettysburg intersection. Her daughter Reba Warren sustained minor injuries. Frances Miller and Dr. M L Miller of Susquehanna escaped injury. Total damage around 300 dollars. no arrests. Mrs. Warren discharged the following Monday.
