Murder Case To Open Next Week In Maryland
The murder trial of Elvin J. Fair and Emanuel E. Bingaman, both of Gettysburg, is not expected to begin in Hagerstown before next week. The November grand jury in Washington County plans to indict them for the fatal September 26 shooting of Reuben N. Sollenberger at a local gas station. Counsel for the defendants has not been chosen. an attempt to hire Scott M. Wolfinger failed.
