Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas issued a writ of quo warranto on April 2 1930 directing the respondent to show authority to operate as a corporation. The Adams County sheriff could not locate the corporation or its principal officers. A June 2 1930 return date was set under the 1911 act with Cyrus E Woods as Attorney General for the Commonwealth.

Former Countian Dies After Crash
Funeral services were held in York for Mrs. George M. Baker 61 a York resident and Adams county native fatally injured in a crash near Seven Valleys. Coroner Zech and Officer McCormick ruled reckless speeding caused the death and injuries to her son Calvin 20 with Baker’s license to be revoked. Baker previously figured in a serious crash.
