A Gettysburg court on Monday awarded Charles D. Trostle of Mt. Joy township a verdict in an assumpsit case against Ralph A. Miller of Baltimore over a silo purchase. J. Hayes Beard won $85.05 in a trespass suit against O. P. House after a crash at the Carlisle and Bendersville roads. Two uncontested auto accident damages suits near Gettysburg also yielded plaintiff verdicts in Monday’s session.

Juries deliberated about half an hour before awarding Joseph O. Althoff $14.34 against Edward Stephens for injuries and car damage from a September 11, 1932 crash at Muhonasburg road and North Confederate avenue.
