A coroner's jury ruled Paul E. Lloyd of Bridgeton, 32, negligent in the death of 10 year old Chester Thomas Griest of East Berlin R1, struck by Lloyd's loaded coal truck on the Hanover Carlisle road near Hampton. The inquest heard witnesses describe the wagon at the road edge and Lloyd's truck two inches over width.

Mrs H S Sterner of Hanover fished Friday in Conewaruo creek at her summer cottage in Mummert's Grove near East Berlin and landed four suckers. One measured seventeen inches, another sixteen, and two were fourteen inches.
Vincent Florence of Gettysburg was held under bail for January court on a charge of assault and battery stemming from an altercation Saturday in which Harvey Yingst of Gettysburg says Florence was the aggressor. The hearing occurred Monday at 7 30 o clock before Justice John C. Shearer.
