Judgment Entered and Stay Ordered in Walton vs Matthias Case
A judgment for $175 in favor of E Charles Matthias of Littlestown was entered Saturday with a stay of execution, in an opinion by Judge W C Sheely. Walton of Mt Joy township sued in November 1944 for $3,317 claiming Matthias sold property then removed tools and fixtures. Matthias counterclaimed $175. Walton admitted the counterclaim but argued it was offset in his state-accounts.
