Driver Arrested After Truck Incident
Joan R. Perdue, 21, a truck driver, was arrested Thursday night by Carlisle police on drunken driving charges before Justice of the Peace William Dosh. She was released for a hearing before Laurie Dosh. Police say Perdue forced several motorists off the Newville road before being apprehended in Carlisle.
