A coroner inquest returned an accidental death verdict for 28 year old Glenn E. Feiser of York who died instantly when his auto was struck by a PRR engine east of York on May 17. Jurors heard witnesses including Lawrence Falk and state policeman E A Moss. Coroner Lester J. Gell contributed to the hearing.

Four year old hurt after fall from car in New Oxford area
Lawrence Beaver Jr, a four year old son of Mr and Mrs Norville J Beaver Sr of New Oxford R D 1, suffered injuries when he fell from a moving car after the door latch opened. Police said he fell onto the highway as the vehicle traveled toward New Oxford. He was not admitted to the hospital.
