Youth Is Charged With Club Burglary
John L. Gebhart, 20, of New Oxford R 1, was charged by state police before Justice John H. Basehore with burglary and larceny at the New Oxford Red and Gun Club on July 4. He pleaded guilty to entering with a 16 year old accomplice and taking a case and a half of beer ten packs of cigarettes and cash. Gebhart jailed in default of bail awaiting sentence.
