Disorderly conduct cases end in fines at Gettysburg hearing
Harold Giles of Columbus Ohio and Norman Berkheimer of Hanover were fined 2 each plus 4.50 costs after a preliminary hearing for disorderly conduct at Plank and Bell garage Gettysburg. Berkheimer faced 250 bail on a resisting officer charge. Giles, released after serving a prior sentence, left jail then returned four hours later promising not to return.
