A coroner's jury ruled John Z. Rudisill 61 a Littlestown rural carrier died at 6 15 p m February 5 from shock after pelvis and spine fractures caused when his car was crushed by Henry Cordes on an icy Gettysburg Littlestown highway. Witnesses described skid and impact, Rudisill's statements of accident, and emergency care at Samuel Young's residence.

U S Physician in Auto Crash Near York Springs
Dr Robert Stoner of York Springs escaped injury when his car collided on the Idaville road about two miles from York Springs at 6 pm Friday. Icy roads were blamed. The other car was driven by a Gardners motorist. No injuries and $100 damage. Report made to Gettysburg highway patrol sub station.

Man Overcome By Carbon Gas at Gettysburg Factory
Lloyd Shultz age 40 near Gettysburg was overcome by carbon monoxide while alone in a Gettysburg furniture factory house on East Stevens street. He was heating a soldering iron with a coal furnace and, after about ninety minutes, felt ill and tried to reach the door.

Man receives medical aid after collapse near Gettysburg
A man collapsed on the Lincoln highway near Gettysburg. Dr. R. W. Gifford treated him and he was moved two and a half miles west to his home, confined to bed with a headache. Mr. Shultz, an employee of H. T. Maring, was taken home by Fred Rider and John Murray. other employees were nearby.

Railroad worker injured near Granite station
