The Hanover Hairdressers association will join a Parade Of Units in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association convention at the Hotel Brunswick in Lancaster on Sunday at 4 30 p m. Model Miss Mildred Miller will wear a new potato chip covered gown styled by Mrs Mary Sealover. Adjectives are discouraged in describing the gown as the design aims to appeal to taste over fit. Hair fashions for 1950 will be created by the Hair Fashions Council of America with National Heirdressers and Gosmetologists Association artists premiering in Lancaster. Mr and Mrs Maurice S Coulson Frenkhntosn announce the engagement of their daughter Miriam Rosella Coulson to Dale March Stock son of Mr and Mrs John J Stock of New Oxford. New Oxford borough council meets with mayor and councilors to discuss community services. A contract to prune and feed trees in the Square was awarded to a tree company for 275 dollars. Financials show a 1950 budget plan and treasurer report with receipts from taxes water rents and fines.
