Adams county judge hands out varied jail terms and fines
Judge W C Sheely sentenced three men to penitentiary terms and sent six drunken drivers to county jail as 18 cases were disposed. Edward C H Schiebel received two to four years plus sentences for involuntary manslaughter and drunken driving, with gun possession fines and run duties set to run concurrently.
