The bride works at Gettysburg Throwing Co and Laughman at Gettysburg Furniture. Isabel Sowers and Kenneth Myers wed at State College Lutheran chapel with Arthur Myers and Marian Hawkins attending. Myers is an electrical engineer with Metropolitan Edison in York.
William Jacob Fail, 66, of York Springs R. 2, died suddenly at 3:15 AM at his Huntington Township home from coronary occlusion. He was born in Adams County, worked for Rice, Tret and Rice at Biglerville, and is survived by his widow Elsie Weigle and one son Franklin W. Services were set for 1:29 PM Saturday at Pittentum Funeral Home, with burial in Heidersburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening.

An Adams county jury awarded Dr Wilbur A Miller and his wife Frances B Miller damages totaling 1669 41 in a trespass action against Sneeringer and sons Redding and others related to a March crash. Frances Miller received 1169 43 for car damage and Wilbur Miller 500 for pain and lost earnings. The jury deliberated about two hours then returned with the verdict in proper form after a follow up. Participants included Clarence Boyd Littlestown R 2 L H Fortown and several other jurors from the region.
Mr and Mrs Wiliam Coshun observe their golden wedding anniversary near Getursvurg on Wednesday. The couple married by Dr L S Mann of Lillies town. Mrs Coshun is Rosarme Ep 2 daughter of the late Jacob and Catherine Epley of Shravan ship. Mr Coshun is son of Joseph and Sara Jane Mi Pleasant towns. They have a daughter Sara St wie of S Bar Shetter and a son George in Cincinnati. They have 10% : Cnester, Cincinnati and lihered Don 2t home. They have a grand Ten. No special celebration planned after Mr Coshun's death.
