Three Siezed On Mail Pouch Theft Charge
Three people including Charles Garrett Tom Riley and Ruby Rapp were arrested on warrants charging theft of a registered mail pouch containing more than 8000 dollars from the Albuquerque Santa Fe station on February 20. Investigators seized 1450 dollars from Riley’s room and said Garrett may have obtained money from a Texas sale. All three were to be arraigned before Commissioner Craig.
