Navajo Nation Officials Admit Theft From Iyanbito Chapter
Four of five Iyanbito officials and former employees admitted stealing nearly 100000 dollars from the chapter and agreed to pay it back. They waived rights to a hearing before the Ethics and Rules Committee. Chapter President Dorothy Rogers has asked for an administrative hearing, with a Thursday appearance planned.
