Four killed in Carlsbad CO poisoning tragedy
Eddy County sheriff reports four members of a Carlsbad family died from carbon monoxide poisoning after a faulty gas heater vent and four stove burners left on. The victims include Johnny Williamson, 18, and three sisters Marsha 12 Gail 14 Mary Sue 18. Nora 16 and Mrs George Williamson were injured. The father had nailed windows shut before leaving.

Governor served summons in Santa Fe civil suit
